Terms of Sale

-Orders for all animals at Australian Addiction Reptiles, LLC must be paid in full before shipping. Shipping is arranged once the payment is recieved and cleared. Sale of animals is on a first come first serve basis, and priority is given to customers who make payments in full. Australian Addiction Reptiles, LLC accepts cashiers and certified checks or direct transfer of funds through PayPal. Buyers may also purchase using a credit card through PayPal. If PayPal is used, the PayPal fee must be covered, and an additional 3% will be charged (for example, that's $15 for a $500 dollar order). Personal checks are also accepted, but must be cleared before shipping. Delta Dash may be arranged for orders over $1,000. Shipping will be arranged for a time agreeable to both parties, and when the weather is appropriate.

-All animals will be honestly represented. Australian Addiction Reptiles strives to produce the highest in quality and health in all of our animals. A guarantee on live arrival and complete satisfaction extends 24 hours from delivery for all domestic orders. Any deaths incured during shipment must be reported immediately. Deaths due to shipping will be fully refunded, but proof of animal death must be given within 48 hours of arrival. Any dissatisfaction with animals must be reported within 24 hours of arrival, and monies will be returned upon live arrival of the returned animal. Shipping costs on returned animals will be paid by buyer.

-While we are good at determining the gender of the animals we send out, anyone can mistake a reptiles gender now and then. It is the buyers responsibility to confirm the gender of any animal within 1 week of purchase. After that time, Australian Addiction Reptiles is free from obligation in the case of any missexed animals. Please verify that the gender of reptile you were sold is correct so you can be completely satisfied with your new animal. The animal will be replaced with the correct gender if available, or the money, minus one-way shipping expenses, will be refunded. Return of animals is to be paid by the buyer, but return shipping will be refunded once the gender is verified and the correct gender is shipped out. If the returned animal is verified as the gender it was sold upon return, monies may be refunded, but all shipping expenses will be charged, and the remainder will be refunded. If the gender matches what the animal was originally sold as, and the buyer requests a replacement, additional shipping charges will be charged.

-Animals may be reserved in advance. Once eggs are laid, animals may be reserved for future purchase. A 10% deposit is required, and individuals will be contacted in the order a deposit was made. Deposits will be refunded via PayPal if the reserved animal(s) are not available. Once the reserved animal is eating well and ready to go, a period of 1 month is allotted to pay off the remaining 90% of the purchase price. Once the animal is paid in full, shipping will be arranged as agreed on by both parties. If the individual is not able to pay the remaining 90%, the reserved animals will be made available to the general public or waiting list, and the deposit will be kept by AAR, LLC. Please make sure you can pay for an animal in full before a deposit is placed on an animal.
